milky discharge

So lately it seems like I've had a lot of discharge that is kind milky looking. The stuff I've read said it could just be ovulation but I don't understand why it would suddenly be more than it has been in the past. It also says it could be a few things and I'm just not sure. Should I be concerned or is it normal?
