How far along am I?

So my husband insists that since my first day of my last period was 12/15/16 that I'm 3 weeks pregnant since I ovulated ~1/1/17. And I say I'm 6 weeks because a pregnancy is counted since the first day. What am I? I still haven't been to the Dr. I just found out 2 days ago.

You'd be 5 was 2 days. Also google due date calculator and it will bring it right up :)

From first day of your last period, you would be 5 weeks 1 day. Let's say you conceived on the 1st. That would put you at 4 weeks 5 days. You're closer to being right based on dates.
