nipple piercings before or after surgery?

So I want to get a lift and my areolas reduced to a smaller size but I'm wondering if I should wait to get my nipple piercings before or after? It's gonna take a while for me to save up 2k for the surgery! I use to be over weight and lost all my weight which has made me happy but my boobs became saggy as a result. I feel like they're deflated which is so embarrassing being 18. Has any one had a boob job before and has nipple piercings?

If you are for sure getting a boob job i would hold off odds are theyre going to make you take them out then youll just have to get them redone which trust me getting them done a second time is 10000 times worse then the first time

I got my boob job then about 7 months later I got my nipples pierced. Recovery from a boob job is intense. It will be over a month before you even like your boobs. I cried every day for the first 3 weeks. I didn't even like to look at them till about 8-10 weeks. I love them now though. And getting my nipples pierced was the icing on the cake. My boobs were always the thing I hated most about me and now they're my pride and joy 😂
