Probiotics during pregnancy
Is anyone continuing taking their probiotics? I started using them after having my son last April and they've been so helpful! But when I look online some suggest that I shouldn't continue them during pregnancy and others say there's no actual study to suggest I can't. Any personal experiences of taking probiotics while pregnant????
