STD 😫😫 ik its a lot to read but please I need some understanding..

I been battling this STD for all most 2 years now. Crazy. Back story is about 2 years ago my boyfriend cheated and gave me something. I was to afraid to speak up to my mom about what my body was experiencing. It was really bad untill. I was under so I couldn't really drive nor go to a doctor appointment with out my mom. So I went on for months I took showers three times a day to rid of the smell. It worked, but my body was still in a lot of pain.  Eventually we when to the doctor and I was told I had a std. Crazy thing is my parents still don't know about. I took the medicine correctly and waited that period of time to have sex. I got back with my ex and got the damn STD back. But this time it was different it layed dormant. I couldn't tell if I had anything I felt fine. One day I got up out of my bed and fainted. I thought it was a water thing. But short after I could be walking and faint or blackouts. Nobody knew why.  At this time I was 18 and able to drive. So I went to Planned parent hood. And a week later I got my results. I was positive so a std. So I took the medicine and when about my day. Now I got into a new relationship and couple months went by and we had sex. I started seeing this yellowish discharge and itching so I went to the doctor again and long behold I still had this damn std. I took the medicine and waited and I still waited not to have sex anymore. Its been about two months now since I took the medicine. But oddly I'm getting a lot off the symptoms again. Oddish discharge, aching lower back, light faints, dry mouth, smell etc. So I started doing some research to see if a std can re-infected a person if laying dormant in the stomach?
I don't know what to do yall. Please if anyone knows something help me😭😭I'm at a lost. I need someone how can help me understand.
