HELP ME!!! 😱😱😰

Okay so I need help. I'm 16 (gonna be 17 in march) and I'm 8 days late (as of today) on my period and I took 2 tests and they were negative. I'm also not having any signs or symptoms of pregnancy. I don't know what to do.
