bleeding?

Earlier today, around 12, I was fingering myself. Since then, I've been sore but I only notice if I concentrate on it. And now, almost 7 hours later, I went to the washroom and when I wiped there was a lot of bright red blood. Did I just nick myself? Or is something wrong? I was alittle rougher than normal, but I also don't normally finger myself, and never with 2 fingers(which I was able to this time)
