Morning sickness?

Does morning sickness accompany with stomach pains, or is that just a digestive issue or both? With my 2 year old I never had any morning sickness, so still waiting for af to show but she still hasn't made her appearance. I cannot tell if it's early pregnancy symptom or just a tummy ache, it went away after sitting by the toilet for an hour gagging but nothing came out. Any advice?
