yeast infection ? what kind of CM (TMI)

I've had this type of discharge for a while and it's just weird. I had went to ny doctor before and told her i thought I had it and she prescribed me a pill that I took and nothing really changed. I have no symptoms of this infection like itching or any type of smell it's just the discharge and I don't know what I should do.
