Sex lately... 😞

I've been cramping and spotting after sex lately a few times. The cramps kind of feel like period cramps. And the spotting is dark pink and light. It will go away after a day and turn really light and brownish. What could be the cause of this? It happened three times this cycle and I've never ever had this happen before. What could this be? Help please. I hope nothing is wrong with me.
