I think I am but negative tests

First time ttc..currently on cd 37..no flow. Had pink spotting 1x on cd 32..BFN SO FAR! I have increasingly sore breast..had to actually use a heating pad last night on them..never before in my life has that been needed. Increasing cramps..just a notch below where pain meds would be necessary and increasing constipation..anyone experience these and get bfp later? I'm thinking I wouldn't get a bfp for another few days if I am.
