BTDT moms - natural birth.
Hi! So this is a question for been there, done that moms. I was wondering, for those who have had a natural birth, can you describe what it felt like and how it went for you?
Also, could you provide information on how you physically and mentally prepared for a natural birth?
I'm thinking of going natural, but since I'm a FT mom, I want to be well educated and prepared before I make a decision.
(This isn't a thread to debate medicated vs. natural birth, and I personally don't ascribe to the notion that one is better than the other - it's personal preference, and we shouldn't judge each other on it).
