Is this safe

I am 5 weeks pregnant an just ate this today please tell me it's ok. Online it says it's ok if pupermarket brought as they tend to all be pasteurised aggressive n milk I totally forgot I couldn't eat it I must admit I did with my last again not realising but I lost him at 36 weeks please help
