please please help

I'm 19 years old and my boyfriend had sex for the first time about 2 weeks ago. We used a condom and it didn't break. Lately I've been feeling sick. I have been getting really nauseous and can't stand to think about food or smell it. I'm breaking out. And I can smell EVERYTHING. Does it sound like I should take a pregnancy test even though the condom didn't break?
