I don't really tend to believe what the news says, especially on Twitter and Facebook. I just found this and thought it was interesting.
EDIT:
I went to the congress website and it is real. If you would like to verify it all you do is search H.R. 193 and I know on Google it's the first link, but look for the .gov.
