Baby acne?

Looks like some type of "Pimple Rash"  It's only on his face tho and Hasn't spread anywhere else... Doesn't seem to bother him either but it has gotten worse since I notice it 3 days ago .Any idea? .

Looks like milia to me. It will go away on its own if that's what it is. Completely harmless.

My neice gets that , her skin gets irritated by laundry soap , perfumes.  Little thinks like that may cause irritation. Take her to the dr they will give her ointment

They absorb a lot of hormones at the end of pregnancy so baby acne is very common. Totally harmless and even if it looks bad it usually never bothers them. It will go away on its own. My daughters is finally starting to clear up. You can try washing with baby soap, rubbing breast milk into it, and a number of other things Google can tell you but you can also just leave it be and it will go away

Its also fine if it does get down to his shoulders or chest. You can always consult a doctor but these are all normal things
