What does back labor feel like?

I woke up crampy all over like my period was going to start and now I have a persistent pain my lower back right in the middle. It almost feels bruised and kinda burns. It's not severe right now but it's painful. And my cramps are still on and off. My groin also feels bruised if I move weird. Could this be back labor starting? What did your back labor pain feel like or back pain before labor feel like?
