Anyone deal with blood clots?

I've been having a pain in my left calf the last day or so. It's not red or swollen but it's painful. I tried using a heat pad figuring maybe it was just sore from walking a lot yesterday but it's just not going away at all. I'm hoping I'm not having a blood clot forming :-/

I had blood clots in my left leg during my first pregnancy. For me it felt like a severe muscle cramp that just never went away. If nothing helps it, please talk to your doctor and get an ultrasound done. Wishing you the best of luck!

I got a Pulmonary Embolism (clot in my lung) with no symptoms of a blood clot elsewhere. I'm now on blood thinner shots for the next 6-9 months. The symptoms of the clot in my lung included: pain, difficulty breathing, dry cough and not being able to catch my breath. 
Basically go to your dr if you are worried clots are no joke. And they keep telling me that PE start as a DVT and then travel to the lung. It is fatal. Don't take it lightly.

The symptoms of a DVT are redness, warmth, swelling and pain. It doesn't sound like a blood clot to me but you should still mention it to your Doctor if you're concerned. I'm sure you can call and speak with a nurse at your OB's office and they will let you know if you should be seen or not!

I haven't had one but had a friend who got one and his only symptom was pain. I'd say it's not worth the risk if it's not muscle pain and I'd at the least call your doctor and explain what's going on.
