Healthy weight gain or disaster π€
I was always thicker growing up .. my mom out me on birth control my periods lasted months & I gained at least 35lbs I was 116-120 I'm 4'11 I felt like I was getting running singing off depo .. after awhile I stopped eating so much &!started smoking a lot now I'm btw 102-110 if I'm lucky & I hate it π‘π‘πππ I just want my nice ass & thighs back I love the flat tummy π soo I guess my question to u guys is if I eat more bread in my diet , nap , eat & snack more will it just make me fat again or gain weight were I want it the most .. I don't want to go back to being damn near 150lbs standing 4'11 πππππ
