just curious

Has any of you girls ever had these? I know it's not from shaving cause I haven't shaved and it just now started itching. I've gotten these before and there not always in the same place.. rn it's the inside of my thigh, I've had them on my boob before too but I just never knew how or why I get these. Just curious if anyone else gets these weird spots?
