Opinions? For ones who've been or who are pregnant

So I'm in my fertile window and my husband and I have been making love consistently. After an active weekend, I woke up this morning with kind of intense pain/cramping on my right side and lower back. We are TTC baby #2, so I know this is also ovulation pains, but it's so much more intense than previous months!!!!!! Could this signify conception? We've been trying for 5 months so I'm hoping this month is it, these discomforts are just a little more intense than usual so wanted to know if I was the only one! (PS; I DO believe you can feel everything in your body if you're that in tune, which weirdly I think I am lol)
