I'm 14 weeks pregnant....

I haven't been able to eat anything since last night at about 8pm, and I haven't been able to keep down water either!!

I've got an emergency doctors app at 3:40 today...will I get sent to hospital!?

It's possible you'd be sent for dehydration.  They may give you an IV to get your fluids up and some medicine to help with your nausea.  I hope you feel better soon!

Maybe. It depends on how severe it is. She may just write a prescription for the nausea so you can start holding things down. If that doesn't work, or you get severely dehydrated she may send you to the hospital
