who has laid on their back???

Question

I need to know how many women have laid on their back during their pregnancy and has had or not had a healthy baby.

I'm freaking out a Lil cause I have laid on my back a few time during my pregnancy. I don't stay long. Most of the time I have something I'm leaning on like a pillow or blanket or husband. Or I'm propped up higher. Or my legs are up bent( feet flat on bed knees in the air) but I'm sure I have laid flat a few times too. 
39 weeks tomorrow and I am having anxiety. ☹️😔

I laid on my back and my stomach when pregnant. I wpuld just wake up and me on my belly not realising I turned during my sleep. My doctor told me it was fine baby has alot of cushion. I have a healthy 3 year old

Don't worry yourself, I slept in my back during my pregnancy and never had an issue. I would wake up and notice that I was on my back and sometimes even my stomach. Doctor told me it's fine. I have 3 healthy kids; from ages 12 - 9 and one on the way. :-)

I have with my first and currently with my second, but I'm more comfortable in my side or slightly on my stomach .

I am constantly waking up on my back. It's honestly how I get the best sleep. I start on my side with pillows propping me up, but always end up on my back. I'm almost 38 weeks and haven't had any issues with baby yet. I have heard that the only reason they say it's bad to be on your back is that you have a major artery or something that your growing uterus and baby can push on and it can construct blood flow, but that it will be enough to wake you or bother you before your baby would even notice something is wrong.

Laid on my back all the time, you would know if it was cutting off circulation! :-) 
You're anxiety is up cause you're nearing the end of pregnancy. Try to relax

I'm 31 weeks and sleep on my back. My doctor says as long as it doesn't cause me shortness of breath that I'm fine.

I'm on my back a lot at night. I fall asleep on my side and wake up on my back. I'm comfy, baby is moving... its no biggie!

Slept on my back constantly. If you were causing harm you'd feel it. You'd be dizzy, hot, naseus, or just plain uncomfortable. Plus if you're elevated a little then you're no longer cutting off blood flow. So you're fine
