natural period relief? help!
I'm looking to get off a few medications I'm currently on. I have KILLER periods, even with my medication. Does anyone have any natural remedies they suggest, beyond the heating pad & bath (I partake in those religiously?) 😊 I'm up for anything to be healthier & to not have to stop my life every time I get my period!
