Stressing out

So my fiance has gone on vacation with his parents and siblings for a week.

There were already issues surrounding him going.

He boarded the plane at 7am on Sunday and it's now 11am on Monday and I have Not heard anything from him.

I know there was wifi at the airport he arrived at but I have no idea what flight/airline or resort he is staying at (because his parents didn't think that was important information to give him prior to the trip)

I am freaking the fuck out. I've been crying on and off for 24+ hours now and I've started having pains on my right side.

I have no idea what to do.
