Peace of mind please :/

Im 10 days past ovulation and 10 days past my iui 12 days past my ovidrel injection. Yesterday 9 days past ovulationI had a sort of sharp pinch on my left side kind of by my ovaries lasted like 10 seconds . I now have sensitive nipples and darker colored areola. I called my fertility doctor he said hes unsure of what it is but it could possibly be implantation. But I still have no spotting :/ anyway possible it could be implantation ?
