Help missed period urgent!!!

I Am 13 days late for my period the last time i had sex was october 16th i missed my period in october took a test novmber 3rd negative got my period that day i also got my period december 7-12th then i was due for my period january 10th but have not had it i took a test and it was negative could i be pregnant or am i just worried for nothing. Everyone says i shouldn't be worried and that im okay and test would have came back by now but im iffy.

Ps. I cant see a doctor for awhile
