am I crazy

So I know this is going to sound weird but. I totally feel pregnant. I have all the same symptoms plus more when I was pregnant with my daughter. Now here the kicker I definitely had a full period this month but I was BD during my fertile week and didn't even realize it. I took a pregnancy test two days ago and of BFN. Should I make a doctors appointment or just shrug off the nausea and headaches and insomnia? I just don't want to get my hopes up.
