Help! UTI's are terrible!

Just recently got my first UTI and I'm honestly not sure what to do! I am away at school and I don't have time to go to the doctor until the weekend, so does anyone have tips to keep the pain at bay and possibly flush this out of my system?? Much thanks❤❤
