25 Day Cycle?!?!

So my average for the last year has been around a 36-day cycle and suddenly this month it is only 25 days long!! Wth?!?! I mean it is bad enough I have PCOS and do not ovulate and my husband has low sperm count/mobility but can a girl catch a break and not start getting her period just whenever. Since hubby is against any type of medical intervention it is unlikely we will conceive naturally and now I get my period super early just to make my life even more fun with less "non-flow days" in between...life is not fair!! Rant over!  😭😭😭
