Is it better to get breast implants before or after pregnancy?

I have talked about having implants done with my SO.  I am currently a 34B.  I want to go up to a D so my body is proportionate.  I have a pretty tight, fit body.  Perfect, but I don't have boobs.  I want them badly.  
I am trying to figure out if it's better to wait until after kids or before.  I only want 2 kids, maybe even just 1.  I am also 32.  Would it be better to wait until after kids, when I have gotten back into shape and tightened up my body or just go for it now???

I have breast implants (I've had them for 12 years). I'm currently pregnant with my first baby and my breast have changed so much already. I would highly recommend waiting until after you're finished having children and you've lost whatever baby weight you plan to before getting implants. That way you'll know exactly what you need in terms of lift, size and projection and you'll have a better long term outcome. I'm almost positive I'll need a lift once I've finished having children.

Personally, I would wait until afterwards.  May be more rewarding afterwards than before as pregnancy changes your body a LOT.

Wait until after kids. Pregnancy can do all sorts of crazy things to your boobs!! 
Plus you may well end up with your D cups just from being pregnant and breastfeeding 😂❤️😂
I remember a couple of days after my first daughter was born, showering at the hospital. I glanced at the mirror and was shocked by the size of my boobs! Seriously, they looked like mega pumped up pornstar boobs! Hahaha!  When I showed my 16year old sister her eyes nearly fell out of her head! Hilarious 😂😂😂

My friend had her breasts done a few years before she had a child, her breast really didn't change that much and still looked great afterwards :) if say go ahead, but also maybe go get a consultation with a plastic surgeon and also your OBGYN. Who would know more then both of their input combined. Good luck :)

I considered breast implants and one of the first things my dr asked was if I was planning to have children soon. I eventually decided to wait. Pregnancy will cause your breasts to grow, and the hormones from pregnancy can affect your surgical scars. 
I would recommend waiting. You may not need them after pregnancy.
