My EBF baby is waking 3-4 times per night and I nurse him back to sleep. We had sleep trained him but my supply went down so I started night nursing again to get supply back up. Since he feeds every 3 hours during the day I never have a chance to pump. I try to right after nursing on the side he drank less from but don't get anything. I'm going crazy not having any milk so I can get out of the house for a few hours. Not to mention I'm getting hardly any sleep. It makes me want to start supplementing with formula, but then I know my supply will really go down and I still love breastfeeding (when not desperately sleep deprived and stir crazy). Any other breastfeeding mom's having this problem?
