hello need help

Hello my name is Abigail Martinez I have been ttc almost 9 years ago but now I'm having some symptoms like acne dizziness fatigued sore breasts and vaginal discharge!! I took a pregnancy test and I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or not!! I saw one line and other was kind of fainted!! Please help
