TTC for over a year - Advice welcome!

I am hoping to grab some new pointers. We have been on this journey for over a year now and i'd b lying if I said I wasn't extra EXTRA bummed when month 12's period came. I'm going to talk to my doctor this month about testing. However, I am just curious if there is any quirky, crazy, rando thing that you ladies decided to try after having tryed for so long and you genuinely think it did the trick!?
