(TMI Pics) Nipple Piercing advice needed!

Hey beautiful ladies! 👋🏽 so I've always been a little insecure about my small boobs (32A) and as a way to boost my confidence I decided to get my nipples pierced. I'm so in love with how my boobs look now lol but anyway, I got them pierced on I believe it was November 21 or 22 of 2016. I've only had them for about 2 months so I understand they're most likely not healed yet. But I'm a bit concerned about this little bump that just sprouted on my left nipple. I think there's pus inside but it doesn't necessarily look like a pimple just a tiny bump with pus inside. I haven't popped it because I don't know if that'd be a good idea, but it has been hurting quite a bit. Do any of you have any idea what it could be? Like is it normal? Could it be a sign of infection? I clean them as often as possible throughout the week. When I got them done, I was told by one of the piercers to only use what they gave me to clean them (which is noniodized sea salt mixed w/water). ANY advice is very well appreciated! 😊💕
