has anyone experienced this?

I had a yeast infection so my OB prescribed me some cream to take for 7 days. After the 7 days I felt great, for about 4 days. Now, I have continueous itching down there! The burning is gone, discharge is gone, it just seems to be constantly itch throughout the whole day. And what's really bothering me is I can't seem to sleep because I'm uncomfortable. Any thoughts? or tips to help with the itching?
