so worried about the scan 😫

I'm 12 weeks and 6 days today and so worried about the scans I've had previous and the one today. I had one the other day (paid privately) and the baby was sat upright and was just moving a little bit. Today the baby was at the top the other way round and still just moving a little bit. I even drank some coffee a little bit before to see if that would wake the baby up, but nothing. I couldnt even get a decent scan picture 😞 I'm worried this is a bad sign and that there is something wrong. The sonographer said everything looked okay and as it should for my dates but I can't help worry. My last pregnancy I had a missed miscarriage at 17 weeks so just really, really worried this time.
