My daughter is still on 0-3, most 0-3 pants are still too big for her

Just put my son in 9-12M recently but some are already tighter. My daughter didn't last long in 12M either. She was in them for maybe two weeks. My son should get more use hopefully as he is at the max height for 12M but only 18lbs!

6-9 tops, 9-12 pants. Tall skinny babies are hard to dress.
