I don't think my baby has a heart beat!

So I'm 10 weeks 4 days now; & iv had misscarrages in the last none of my pregnancys have made it past 13 weeks; they had thought there was complacations with my pregnancy, but when I went for my first prenatal check up I didn't even get to see my OB just nurses that didn't even have a clue about the possible complacations; they didn't even listen to the heart beat; which they also couldn't find until 7 weeks; they used a portable ultrasound machine & when I seen the baby; THE HEART DID NOT MOVE! I didn't see it move flutter once; I did at my 7 week ultrasound a tiny bit; but this time I didn't see one movement at all.. They also didn't check for its heart beat or listen for it; and this pregnancy is far different from the rest I haven't felt anything, besides the fact I'm still throwing up even though I'm on the MS prescription, and sore boobs, I don't feel a thing down there, no cramps no growing feeling nothing it honestly feels like nothing's in there compared to before.. So I'm so scared I might even go to the ER just to have some peace at mind..I also had bleeding up until 9 weeks everyday,
