My hubby has phorisis. We use lotion to maintain it and coconut oil helped allot in the beginning. I'm just wondering if anybody else has it and what they do to avoid Drs and those steroid shots n creams. We know not to pick at them cuz it makes it worse ECT he's delt with it for about 4-5 yrs now and I feel bad for him cuz ik it's painful and annoying for him especially when it attacks the neither regions. Just curious on others maintenance routine. He hasn't had a bad break out in about 8 months mainly contained to his hair a spot on both his elbows his beard if he grows it out and one spot on his side and knee.
