pumping tips?
I have been breast feeding for about 5 months now and the war between my daughter and the bottle is over. She magically started taking a bottle yesterday🙌🏽 so I've been giving her BM that I've frozen and I'm pumping.
So let's hear the tips you all have.
*I'm pumping every 4 hours (LO nurses every 4 hours)
*My nipples are a bit sore from the pumping and I am using coconut oil.
