Your skin is usually an indication of health. Acne shows low immunity and/or poor liver function.

Try looking for a hidden food sensitivity. Especially since it doesn't look like hormonal acne.

Possible common triggers: dairy* (this is mine. Go from bad to people stopping me in the street asking what I do to my skin cause it looks so good), eggs, tomatoes, gluten... could really be anything.

*dairy is the primary reason you heard people say to avoid chocolate bars.

Try an elimination diet. Your body will tell what it is. The skin cycle is about a month. Try eating clean for a month and see if it improves. If it does start experimenting until you find the trigger.
