first appointment

Hi!! Just wondering what they do exactly during your first appointment. My dr. Didn't mention anything and I'm starting to get nervous. Also I've seen the wand they put up you and I'm pretty nervous that it will hurt. (I'm pretty tight still) do they jam your cervix with it or move around a lot? Any help/advice would be appreciated!
