Going out alone??

I really love that I have all you lovely people to talk my thoughts through with!

I'm new to Austin & I don't really have a way to meet new people. The office I work in is very small and I'm not really allowed to "fraternize" with clients. I haven't started college down here yet bc I'm finishing online classes from up in WA. Would it be a good idea to go out by myself place to try & meet people? Has anyone tried this route after moving someplace new? Where would you go? I'm just going crazy without any friends but I'm pretty chicken to explore alone. 😩

I love going out by myself because I don't have to revolve my day around other people. It might feel awkward at first but you never know who you might meet if you don't go out.

Just go hang out at little food places and such. My best friend goes to school there and she said that basically what everyone does: go out to eat

You should go out make friends have fun when I moved to Mexico a few years back for a job I met lots of people at bars and stuff
