Exercise in first trimester

I have always done a lot of quite high intensity exercise like running and boot camps (all outside). Since finding out I'm pregnant I've scaled back on the intensity of my workouts and now just doing slow jogging on the treadmill and squats, lunges, arm weights etc. But I'm finding it a bit repetitive and prefer having some sort of plan to follow. Does anyone know of a pregnancy workout plan? Or have any other tips /experiences to share? I am determined not to have to resign myself to swimming and yoga as I hate both!!
