infertility

My husband and I have been tryin for year and a half. I have had tests done and everything came back fine. He already has a child. I'm wondering if we should continue trying or see someone again? I'm worried about how many times we have to go to appt the facility is over hour away from us. I can't lose my job neither can my husband. Maybe we should leave it in gods hands. But it's so hard to wait and watch others get pregnant after not even trying.
