eczema

My daughter been having red inflammation for weeks and I used every thing the doctor said aveeno for baby eczema therapy, cetphil and many more and nothing was working. Yesterday I decide to use Vaseline and this is one day apart and her face cleared up. I clean her face with a cold rag for about 5 mins by leaving the rag on each cheek and then I apply the Vaseline while her face is still a lil wet. I did it after each feeding and got these result within 24 hours I'm so happy and so is she ☺️
