getting off of coffee!

I'm a religious coffee drinker! But now that im pregnant it gives me crazy anxiety and panic attacks! So it looks like I need to kick this habit! I've cut down to small sips in the am but ofcourse the headaches are insane. I try to drink enough to keep my headaches away but that doesn't seem to work. Anyone have any advice for getting rid of coffee without feeling like utter crap???
