pregnancy worry

Last night I seen my mum get assulted by my brothers ex girlfriend and her family (mum,sister&brother) and I got into a state of shock I was shaking and I couldn't talk and my heart was beating very fast, I'm 14 weeks and 5 days and this is my first pregnancy plus I have a heart condition, should I ring my midwife as I'm worried about my baby
