IUD displacement

Hi friends, so I had the paragaurd inserted about 2 months ago. I had a cyst in my right ovary which they said was no big deal but my doc wanted to do an ultrasound anyways to look at it and to see if my IUD was in the right place. This was a month ago and my IUD was placed correctly. Yesterday I had a follow up ultrasound to check on the cyst, and they found that my IUD is displaced! I can't feel my strings, and I'm so worried... they haven't told me anything else yet, any advice?
